Terms & Conditions
When engaging and hiring me for a project, you’re agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of Work
   All work (including graphic design, murals, and workshops) will be outlined and agreed upon in writing before commencement. Each job may include its own specific terms.

2. Payment
   Payment terms will be agreed per project. Deposits may be required. Full payment is due by the agreed date. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Murals
   I am not responsible for:

• The long-term performance or fading of paint used (including exterior factors like sun, rain, etc.).

• Surface-related issues beyond my control (e.g. damp, flaking, untreated walls).

• Any future damage or deterioration once the mural is complete.

4. Delays
   Project timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors outside my control, such as adverse weather, access issues, illness, or supplier delays. I will communicate promptly if delays arise. this will usually be covered in the form of a deposit which is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property
   Unless agreed otherwise in writing, I retain copyright of my artwork and designs. Usage rights can be licensed as part of each project agreement.

6. Cancellations
   If you cancel a job after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time spent and materials used.

7. Liability
   I take reasonable care in all work but am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this document limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence.
